Can a person graduate berkeley in 3 years efficiently?

I am going to take pre-med subjects and I want to graduate from berkeley in three years instead of four. I know that you might think that I am missing the college experience when i graduate a year early, but I personally don't think so, but I digress. Is it efficiently for me to graduate at berkeley in three years instead of four?
