Prepaid Credit Cards?

Is it possible to get yourself a bank account? (I know that some people aren't able to do that.) It's just that the fees are ridiculous with the prepaid cards. I haven't seen a prepaid card that doesn't charge you a million fees. Try a check cashing or cash advance fee place. I believe that they sometimes have deal on the initial fees involved in setting the card up. Depending on what you'll be using it for, you could just go for a visa "gift card". There usually isn't a start-up fee, but the card is not reloadable.
