Can you send games from PC to phones by bluetooth?

i got a little bluetooth device which help me send pictures and other applications from PC to my phones. I want 2 games called FF VII dirge of Cerberus lost episode and FF VII before crisis. Can i download from some websites and send it to my phones? Tell me the websites if you can .Thanks
