The download on on my yahoo briefcase is not available, how do I get my files back?

When I go to my Yahoo briefcase it says the application will close on March 30th, then it explains to you how to download your files, but in my page it says "NOTE: Folders can't be downloaded"... so what do I have to do to get my files back? Thanks for answering before the 30th of March...
