Anyone know of a some kind of mailing list for inmates?

My older brother is currently locked up in Idaho. I have searched for free newsletters, books, news papers, anything for him to read and keep in touch with the outside world, but any that I have found, wont send them to inmates?? I need something that is free or at least cheap and is willing to forward to inmates. thanks
