How do I lose 23 pounds/10 kgs?

u r overweight,avoid oil,er,cheese(sort of fat items lik this),say no to pasteries,fried items,sweets,sugar.,no non-veg items,hav max. amount of fresh friuts and vegetables,drink plenty of juices with artificial sweeteners ie 0 calorie,drink 1.5 lts of water a day,u should work out if u really want to lose weight
