Is it possible to have an IQ between 0-12 and still function in society?

how dumb would you have to be? i met the dumbest mflker i have ever met in my life a few months ago... illiterate psuedo hippie (doesnt even get the music, he is just a piece of **** bum in sheeps clothing), he cant add or subtract basic math to pay for things. on the days he is not at the chiropractor or walmart or hippie dippie he is dressing in all black with a motley crue cd in the cd player. he is stupid, in the true sense of the word.
