What do you think caused the mystery illness at the Fat Duck?

Hmm well it could be food poisoining however we had a family get together where every one came down with a d and v bug except myself and my sis in law,who were vegetarians at the time- one of the relations ended up in hospital and docs said it could have been a virus brought in by the caterers or airbourne in the room,but odd that the only veges didn't get ill?
