Who are upper middle cl in India ?

I heard in india the median salary is INR 34522 per year . so people earning more than this can be rich . but how this upper and lower middle cl is ? in my guess if a family can travel by air occationaly, have a car but not big , have an apartment but not huge! are they upper middle cl or lower middle cl in india?
