How do I get a court order?

I have traffic tickets from another state about 7 years ago. Not having my driver's license and not having insurance are my violations. I was driving a company vehicle that was insured and I had a valid driver's license just not on me. I got my DMV history printout that states I had a driver's license during the time I was pulled over but I can't get proof of insurance because my ex-job won't give me that information without a court order. I need the insurance to clear my name in which will enable me to get a valid drivers license. How do I get a court order for this? Help, please!
